This is the first step to creating a deeper connection with the local businesses you shop with regularly! Type your favorite merchant’s name in the search bar or select a category. Merchants who are registered on ShopLoyal will appear. Tap the “heart” and you will automatically become the merchant’s Insider and begin receiving exclusive offers as mobile alerts on your device. Non-registered merchants may appear but you won’t be able to interact with them until they register.
Your curated list of merchants shows up on both the home page and the profile page. Your profile page lists merchants you have interacted with most recently and clicking on the “All Favorite Merchants” button takes you to a complete list.
Mobile alerts from the merchants you have favorited will appear on the home screen of your mobile device. Make sure to allow notifications when you sign in to the app, turn on “notifications” in your app settings and device settings to get set up. Settings can be turned off at any time. Current offers and info are stored on the merchant’s page in the “updates” section.
If you have questions or want to redeem your offer, you can message the merchant from there or just visit the store and show the offer on your mobile device. Pay attention to any terms and conditions and expiration dates.
Click on a merchant’s card to be taken to their merchant page. Click on the message button and chat away! If a merchant is unavailable to respond you will receive a reply back with instructions for immediate requests. As long as you have favorited your desired merchant you can send a message at any time.
Tapping on the heart button on a merchants profile card will “unfavorite” this merchant. They will be removed from your favorite merchants list when you close out the app.
