Here are a few of our most common FAQs:

HOW DO I FIND AND CONNECT WITH MY FAVORITE LOCAL MERCHANTS ON THE APP?

After you log in to ShopLoyal, you can find local merchants by tapping the “Add Merchants” button at the top of the home screen.

Start typing the merchant’s name into the search bar. Merchants who are registered on ShopLoyal will appear. You may also change which location to search, in order to improve your results.

When you find the merchant, tap the merchant’s add (+) button to instantly become the merchant’s Insider and begin receiving exclusive offers as mobile notifications.

This is the first great step to creating a deeper connection with the local businesses you shop with regularly!

WHERE CAN I ACCESS MY ADDED MERCHANTS IN THE APP?

You can see a list of the merchants you added by visiting the “Add Merchants” button at the top of the Home screen.

You will see recent offers and updates from your added merchants from the Home screen.

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN I HAVE AN EXCLUSIVE OFFER?

Alerts for exclusive offers will appear right on the Home screen of ShopLoyal.

You may also receive mobile notifications when new offers are available. Simply turn on notifications for ShopLoyal on your device. Your settings can be changed at any time.

A list of current offers can also be viewed on each merchant page.

HOW DO I REDEEM OFFERS FROM MY FAVORITE MERCHANTS?

Every merchant redemption rules are unique, so to redeem or get more details on an offer, message the merchant by tapping the Chat button on their merchant page.

Some offers may include terms and conditions or expiration dates, so make sure to check the offer details before redeeming.

HOW CAN I CONTACT A MERCHANT?

Tap on a merchant anywhere in the app to be taken to their merchant page. From there, you will see contact options:

Tap on the Chat button to send them a message directly from ShopLoyal. You will be notified when the merchant replies to you. You can view all conversations you have with merchants by navigating to the Messages screen.

The Call button lets you easily connect with the merchant on the phone.

The Web button links you to the merchant’s website, where there are often additional methods of contact.

Make sure you have added the merchant so you can send them a message at any time.

HOW DO I REMOVE A MERCHANT?

Tapping on the “Added” button at the top of the merchant’s profile page will remove your connection to the merchant. You will no longer receive offers and notifications from the merchant or be able to chat with merchants. Your VIP status will need to be reinstated if you re-add this merchant.
