HOW DOES USING SHOPLOYAL BENEFIT ME?

When it comes to shopping with your favorite locally owned businesses, ShopLoyal gives you the Insider advantage.  Businesses on ShopLoyal believe that as a loyal patron, you deserve an elevated shopping experience and should be first in line for rewards from the businesses you shop with the most.

ShopLoyal allows businesses to recognize your loyalty by delivering you an extended level of customer service, featuring VIP offers, personalized treatment and real time two-way chatting.

As a ShopLoyal app user you can create a curated local shopping experience with the businesses that matter most to you.  Benefits include:

HOW DO I FIND AND CONNECT WITH MY FAVORITE LOCAL BUSINESSES ON THE APP?

After you log in to ShopLoyal, you can find local businesses by tapping the “Join Businesses” button at the top of the screen.

Start typing the business’s name into the search bar. Businesses who are registered on ShopLoyal will appear. You may also filter your search by city, in order to improve your results.

When you find the businesses, tap the business’s Join button to instantly become the business’s Insider and begin receiving exclusive offers as mobile notifications.

This is the first great step to creating a deeper connection with the local businesses you shop with regularly!

WHERE CAN I ACCESS MY ADDED BUSINESSES IN THE APP?

You can see a list of the businesses you added by visiting the “My ShopLoyal” tab at the bottom of the screen.

For recent offers and updates from your added businesses, visit the Home screen.

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN I HAVE AN EXCLUSIVE OFFER?

Alerts for exclusive offers will appear right on the Home screen of ShopLoyal.

You may also receive mobile notifications when new offers are available. Simply turn on notifications for ShopLoyal on your device. Your settings can be changed at any time.

A list of current offers can also be viewed on each business’s profile.

HOW CAN I CONTACT A BUSINESS?

Tap on a business anywhere in the app to be taken to their profile page. From there, you will see contact options:

Tap on the Chat button to send them a message directly from ShopLoyal. You will be notified when the business replies to you. You can view all conversations you have with businesses by navigating to the Chat screen.

The Call button lets you easily connect with the business on the phone.

The Web button links you to the business’s website, where there are often additional methods of contact.

Make sure you have joined the business so you can chat with them at any time.

HOW DO I REDEEM OFFERS FROM MY FAVORITE BUSINESSES?

Every business’s redemption rules are unique, so to redeem or get more details on an offer, message the business by tapping the Chat button on their business profile.

Some offers may include terms and conditions or expiration dates, so make sure to check the offer details before redeeming.

HOW DO I RESOLVE AN ISSUE I HAVE RELATED TO A NOTIFICATION FROM A BUSINESS?

ShopLoyal facilitates the delivery of notifications – from your joined businesses – that may include exclusive offers, discounts, deals, promotion and special announcements and information.

All terms of sale related to notifications delivered to you from your joined businesses on ShopLoyal are governed by the specific terms and conditions stated in the notification and per the business’s specific policies.

To resolve an issue related to any published information from a business on ShopLoyal, please contact the business directly.

HOW DO I REMOVE A BUSINESS AS A FAVORITE OF MINE?

Tapping on the “Joined” button at the top of the business’s profile page will remove your connection to the merchant. You will no longer receive offers and notifications from the business or be able to chat with businesses. Your VIP status will need to be reinstated if you re-add this business.

HOW IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION USED?

We take the privacy of your personal data seriously.  We never sell or trade your contact information to 3rd parties. ShopLoyal has implemented industry standard encryption technology to secure your personal and financial account information. 

When you communicate with a business via the ShopLoyal app, the content of your chat messages is not collected, only the action that you communicated is recorded.  ShopLoyal is not responsible for the use or disclosure or security of the personal information you provide to a business via chat messages or elsewhere. 

We want you to have a positive experience on ShopLoyal!  When you register, we may send you educational information or promotions related to using the app, and you may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
